2. What are the delivery times?
Our standard delivery times are generally 5 to 7 business days after shipment.
Please note that unexpected circumstances (such as weather conditions or carrier delays) may affect these estimates.

3. Where should I return my items?
To request a return, please contact us at support@kalohia.com.
Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.

4. How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us within one hour after placing it.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes might not be possible.

- Express Delivery (with tracking): $4.90

We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions during special events — keep an eye out on our homepage for updates.

6. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

7. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

8. I entered the wrong address or selected the wrong item — can I fix it?
