Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Definitions

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) are offered by Regnum Limited, company registration no. 938720166, registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France (“Regnum Limited”, “Seller”, “we”, “us”).

  • “Site”: the official Kalohia website and all of its pages.
  • “Products” or “Services”: all items and services available for purchase or subscription on the Site.
  • “Customer”: any individual or business purchasing Products/Services on the Site.
  • “Consumer”: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs in full and agrees to save or print a copy for future reference.

Article 2 – Scope and Acceptance

We may update these T&Cs at any time by posting a new version on the Site. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of your order.

Access to the Site is free. By ticking the acceptance box during checkout (e.g., “I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions”), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts or, where applicable, the authorization of a legal representative.

You acknowledge the evidentiary value of our electronic records unless you provide proof to the contrary.

Article 3 – Customer Account

Creating a customer account may be required for ordering. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, email, shipping address, phone, etc.). You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

You may request account deletion by emailing support@kalohia.com. We may suspend or delete any account in breach of these T&Cs or inactive for 12 months.

Article 4 – Orders & Checkout

Product listings include descriptions and images intended to reflect the Products as faithfully as possible. Add desired Products to your cart and proceed to checkout to review quantities, features, and prices. You must accept these T&Cs to confirm your order.

After payment, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order. Title to the Products remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

Article 5 – Prices & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on the Site are in the currency displayed on the product page and may include applicable taxes. Shipping/handling fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you confirm the purchase. Payment is accepted via secure online methods (e.g., bank cards and approved payment providers). The Site does not store your full payment details.

Order records and invoices may be archived on a durable medium and can serve as proof of transactions.

Article 6 – Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are displayed before payment. We ship across the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Standard Delivery (with tracking): $2.90
  • Express Delivery (with tracking): $4.90

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships. If a package shows as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, contact us promptly at support@kalohia.com. We may request additional information (e.g., confirmation from the carrier) to investigate. All orders are insured against loss or theft; if confirmed, we will replace the order or refund you at no extra cost.

For international orders (outside the U.S.), contact us before purchasing; you may be responsible for import duties and taxes.

Article 7 – Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund (excluding return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error).

To initiate a return, email support@kalohia.com with your order number. Returned Products must be in unused, resellable condition with all original packaging and accessories. We recommend using a tracked service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

If an item arrives damaged/defective or an incorrect item was received, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will provide a prepaid label or replacement at our cost.

Article 8 – Product Warranty

Our Products are intended for personal wellness and comfort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide them “as is” with standard manufacturer/merchantable quality obligations. In case of a proven defect, our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the Product price. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Article 10 – Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or business) arising from use or inability to use the Site or Products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Product suitability and compatibility remain the Customer’s responsibility. In case of force majeure or events beyond our control, we will not be liable for delays or failures in performance.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to the Seller. Any reproduction, distribution, or adaptation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Severability

If any provision of these T&Cs is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These T&Cs supersede any prior terms on the same subject.

Article 13 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of France. In the absence of a mandatory rule to the contrary, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts where the claimant is domiciled or as otherwise provided by applicable law. Before litigation, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution by contacting support@kalohia.com.
