Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking via reputable U.S. carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). A tracking link is sent automatically by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days — $2.90
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — $4.90
All shipments are insured against loss or theft. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods. International orders (if enabled) may be subject to customs duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
Return & Refund Policy
At Kalohia, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
For Plush Companions and Relaxation Lamps:
- Items may be returned even if opened/used, provided they are not damaged or excessively worn.
- Please return in original packaging when possible, including all accessories and manuals.
For Pet-Oriented Products:
- For hygiene reasons, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Products showing wear, odors, or damage may be denied for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@kalohia.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address (RMA required).
- Pack your item securely; use a trackable shipping method. Unless we made an error, return postage is your responsibility.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges when an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or if we shipped the wrong product. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos if applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged/defective, contact support@kalohia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a prepaid return label when appropriate.
Exceptions & Final Sale
- Used or damaged pet-oriented products (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or final-sale/promotion items when stated on the product page.
